AnimFrameRate
FrameRate = AnimFrameRate(AnimIndex)
 
Parameters:

    AnimIndex = The Index of the Animation you want to query
Returns:

    FrameRate = The Frame Rate of this animation
 

     The AnimFrameRate command sets the this animation frame rate. You can think of the frame rate as the length of delay between changing frames.

      So an animation that has a frame rate of one. Will change frames every time it's stepped using the StepAnim / StepAllAnims / DrawAnim commands. Animations with a frame rate of 2, will change frames every second time they're stepped. Animation with a rate of 3, will change frames every third time and so on.
