MinVal#

Result# = MinVal#(Value1, Value2)

Parameters:     Value1 = First value you wish to compare     Value2 = Second value you wish to compare

Returns:     Result# = The smaller value of the two

The MinVal#() function calculates the min value (smallest value) between a pair of values.
