| Returns: Success = 1 means successfully sent, 0 means an error occured |
MidiOutNoteOn sends a NoteOn message to the specified MidiOut port. The function returns 1 if the message was successfully send, or else 0 if an error occured. In the event of an error, the error code can be retrieved with GetLastMidiOutError(). |
