GetMusicPan

PanValue = GetMusicPan(Index)

Parameters:     Index = The Index of Music you wish to query

Returns:     PanValue = The Freq of this music channel (-255 to 255)

THe GetMusicPan() function will return the play back panning of a Music channel.
